An offer has been tentatively accepted. will re-edit if does not work out or delete by Monday. Summer project ran long and I do not have time to finish. Need foundation wall power-washed, scraped and new sealant applied. Then need to lay drain pipe/tile with aggregate and sump pot. Majority of the excavation completed (see images). I will provide all the supplies; power-washer, scraper, sealant, brushes and rollres, aggregate, drain pipe and sump pot. Wall is 35' long and does not include back filling the hole.
