Description
Personal Assistant working in person and sometimes remotely and in person in Orange County and LA South Bay area.

Basic Responsibilities (lower pay range):
- Personal Assistant: everyday household duties, pick-up/drop off items, move items in and out of storage unit.
- Public Interactions: host meetings, answer calls, return calls, set meetings.
- Phone Research: calling on property listings and complete spreadsheet info.
- Office Management: scanning, filing, maintain office equipment.
Additional Responsibilities (for higher pay range):
- Property Management: leasing, qualify vendors, manage repairs and maintenance for properties.
- Government Interface: coordinate compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Wordpress / web authoring
- Bookkeeping
Requirements:
- Honest, Reliable, Trustworthy
- Resourceful with ability to find solutions and solve problems.
