Property management company is looking for a cleaning crew member for rental clean-up and monthly move-ins. Qualified applicant must be: RELIABLE Have a positive "can do" attitude Be a team player Have a valid drivers license Reliable transportation Be able to lift 40 pounds Willing to be trained This person must be responsible and able to complete the job with minimal supervision Cleaning includes both inside and yard work Please email resume/job qualifications with salary requirements. Also -- vacation and paid holidays Work day is typically Monday through Friday Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour depending on experience
