I am seeking........ We have a small property management company and do contract work for our own projects and cauld sure use a hand out there. You would need to be well rounded in a number of various trades. A sampling of the work schedule over the next few weeks includes: a small concrete pour, tree trimming at various locations, paint and drywall jobs, putting in a chain ink gate, changing electrical outlets and switches, chasing plumbing leaks behind walls, bath remodel, various punch lists and make readies, etc etc No two days are the same. Schedule shifts around routinely. You must be presentable as you represent our company when dealing with service calls and meeting our tenants. Currently my uniform is shorts, sandals and a t-shirt. A CLEAN t-shirt. Best that you're dog friendly as well as my current crew member is a canine. Prefer you have transportation to and from the jobs. Tools would be wonderful too. And be honest about your proficiencies. I will sniff through BS in a heartbeat. I will know if your the right man quickly. Include a phone number and your inquiries will be answered promptly.
