Apartment community in Louisville, KY is in need of a Porter/Groundskeeper. Job responsibilities include: Enhance and maintain the upkeep of the properties grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office as well as parking lots and other community buildings Remove trash from office areas, amenities and apartment community perimeter on a daily basis Assist in preparation of market ready units, including removal of trash in vacant apartments (trash outs) prior to make ready Assist Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager with assigned tasks Assist Maintenance team with seasonal duties Assist Maintenance team as needed with various tasks required Maintain curb appeal Uphold all company policies, goals and values This is a full time position offering great pay and full benefits including medical, dental, vision and 401k Regular scheduled hours may include weekends.
