Responsible for the upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots and other community buildings of multi-family residential apartments. Great opportunity for an entry level position into the multifamily industry and we can train you for maintenance positions that pay $20-$28 an hour if interested. We are a staffing agency that works in the apartment industry and has open, permanent positions available with large, national companies.
