Need to re-home my 2 year old Australian Shepherd

I have a 2-year-old Red Merle Australian Shepherd that only weighs 30 pounds that I'm looking to re-home. She is a full-grown medium-sized dog. She is wonderful and loves all people and all dogs. She is very well socialized. I did raise her and have been her only owner for 2 years. I am looking for a family with a house and a yard to take her in. If you have other dogs, that would be even better. I am moving and can't bring her with me. I love her so much and am asking for a re-homing fee of $500. She is well trained and knows to sit and lay down. She is crate trained and I will give you the bed and crate that she loves and sleeps in. She also has a basket with all her favorite toys. She is also Spayed and up to date on all her vaccinations. She is a high-maintenance dog with lots of energy and needs exercise daily. She requires grooming as she has lots of beautiful fur. Serious dog owners only and I would like to see the house and yard and make sure she is comfortable. I am moving and can't take her with me. I hope to find her a wonderful home. Thank you
