Summary: Residential and Commercial building repairs. Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm. Position requirements: -Experienced in Plumbing, Carpentry, Electrical, Drywall and Paint for the detailed maintenance/turning of apartments. - Clean DMV (drive our vehicles) -Ability to work independently, self motivated, punctual and detail oriented. -Ability to maintain mandatory paperwork. -Commitment to after-hours on-call duties on a rotating basis. -Excellent interpersonal skills and communicate well with residents and clients as well as being a team player. -Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, carry equipment and supplies such as ladders and tools.
