Staging Crew/Mover/Driver

We are one of the top producing teams with Keller Williams in the Southwest Market Center and are looking for part time staging crew/movers/drivers. Your duties will include, but are not limited to, picking up and dropping off furniture at our listings. You must have your own truck and be able to pull a trailer. If you have a background in interior design or are just looking for a part time job during the school year this job is perfect for you! Pay: $15 - $20/hour Mileage: $0.56 cents per mile if hauling trailer About Us: We’re a growing real estate company based in Austin Texas who needs strong, reliable workers to help move furnishings in and out of our listings. We work in homes of all shapes and sizes in and around Austin. The Role: You’ll start at our warehouse (or our listings), pulling product for orders and protectively loading them into the trailer for delivery to the various job sites. Once there, you’ll carefully unload them and assist with placing them to the stager's specifications. You’ll also help carefully and protectively re-load staged furniture to our trailer for return to the warehouse. We’ll need help to assemble and maintain our furniture at the warehouse as well, keeping it clean and organized. There’s lots to do and never a dull moment! Our Ideal Candidate: - A team player who is reliable, trustworthy, focused, has great attention to detail and can lift +50 lbs. - Has a current driver’s license and clean record - Has a vehicle with a hitch and comfortable hauling a trailer - Can easily and accurately follow verbal and written directions, including street maps - Has a cell phone and own car is ideal Bonus Points For: - Professional experience in moving or staging - Knowledge of Austin area - Warehouse experience (stocking, loading, unloading, receiving, moving) - Furniture Repair (double bonus points) That’s great, but what’s in it for me?
