Need Head of Operations

Looking for strong leader with experience in operations and leading and managing a team to help me manage current seasonal operation and potentially expand business. - Experience managing people is a must. - Ability to lift 40-60 pounds all day for a week is a must. - Warehouse experience is a huge plus. - Experience with MS excel and working with a database is a plus. Summer storage company that serves UCLA students is looking for seasonal head of operations equipped with a team of 3-5 that works well together for yearly project. Responsibilities include: - About 3 weeks of Full-time operations: 2 weeks in June, 1 week in September, and odds and ends responsibilities in between. 2 Days in July, 3 days in early September. - Handling of procurement of all necessary materials for the job. We have vendors in place, just need someone to ensure things get ordered on time, trucks get rented, and materials get to campus. - Hiring and management of small operation (3-5 laborers all paid hourly). 1 week of heavy operations, about 200 pallets that need to be inventoried and sent to our warehouse in Mid June. Friday is the biggest day, and their is room in the budget to hire extra help during that time. - Looking for someone to manage the operations as an easy, turnkey side-hustle. Willing to pay good money to someone who can bring me a good team. Head of operations is paid stipend + bonus. First 1/2 in June, second 1/2 in September. All other positions are paid daily/weekly.
