We are looking for a reliable, skilled maintenance worker (FULL-TIME) to perform essential upkeep tasks throughout our two facilities. In this position, you will be responsible for a wide variety of activities such as repairs, garden up-keep, and cleaning to ensure that our facilities are both tidy and functional. This role will also include driving deliveries multiple times a week. Being reliable and self-motivated with a keen eye for detail is essential in this job, as the ideal candidate will have significant work experience and solid technical knowledge. You should have the manual dexterity and physical stamina necessary for this work. ABOUT US We are a family-owned wholesale farm and garden center. JOB REQUIREMENTS -Valid WA State Driver’s License & clean driving record -Minimum age requirement 25 to be covered by company auto insurance -Good to adequate mechanical or resource skills. -Experience working with tools, including hand and electrical tools -Familiarity with basic landscaping and plant care -Adaptability to wide range of job tasks. Willing to work for the good of the team. -Adept at record-keeping and attention to detail. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -General passion for creative problem-solving SCHEDULE Monday – Friday, 8am – 4:30pm, must be available and willing to work on weekends and holidays during peak seasons (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, day after Thanksgiving, etc) Eligible for full benefits after 90 day probationary period including vacation, health coverage (dental, vision & life), and 401k matching program after 1 year of service.
