Maple Hill Gardens is a small family owned and operated horticultural company that specializes in garden design, residential install, and maintenance. We focus on organic gardening, IPM, and being stewards of the environment and our community. We service about 60 gardens throughout the greater Seattle area. Looking for curious and self-motivated individuals to join our teams. Lots of opportunity for leadership, growth, and learning. We believe in ongoing training and development both professionally and personally. Our employees have gone on to be certified as Master Pruners from Plant Amnesty, and/or Certified Professional Horticulturists through the Washington State Nursery and Landscape Association. Some of our employees have also graduated from the South Seattle College Landscape Horticulture program. We offer the option of a flexible schedule within the framework of a Monday to Friday work week usually between 8am - mid to late afternoon. Part time or full time is available. Excellent compensation that increases with experience and taking on more responsibility. Having your own transportation is preferred but we do like to carpool (covid safe) if we can.
