At the Koi Lagoon in Fort Collins, we sell Firewood, Pond Plants, and Pond Supplies, and Metalworking projects, such as Fire Pits, and other Décor. New hires will be focused on assisting with the firewood, but will also be expected to assist with other duties as needed. Position: General Labor & Customer Service Position Responsibilities: - Process firewood using our Firewood Processing Machine - Stack firewood into bins for sale and delivery - - Sort out kindling and bundle pieces - Use forklift or mini track loader to move both empty and full wood bins - - Move metal, pallets, and other things as needed Maintain the wood processor (greasing, cleaning, fueling, etc.) Maintain the wood processing area (raking, dumping, etc.) Maintain other equipment as needed Pack and wrap firewood and kindling bundles Assist in emptying the wood chips bin as needed General inside cleaning as needed (dusting, sweeping, mopping, etc.) General outside cleaning as needed (sweeping, raking, shoveling, etc.) Answer the phone / check voice messages Assist customers while providing a high level of customer service Check out customers using a Point of Sale System General office duties as needed Assist other positions as needed Position Requirements: - Have a valid Driver's License - Willing to work outside in weather - heat or cold - Able to repetitively lift at least 30 pounds - Willingness to learn new things Preferred Experience (NOT Required) - Forklift Operation - Mini (skid steer) Track Loader operation - Using Point of Sale System for Customer checkout - Customer Service
