KLM Insulation Inc., located in Manhasset, NY and, is currently looking for a motivated & skilled mechanical insulator. The position is a full-time, permanent position with full company benefits, including membership in UFCW Local 2013, an AFL-CIO American Union. The applicant must have experience cutting, fitting, and installing pipe & duct insulation. Qualified Applicant Includes: Valid driver’s license Valid OSHA 30 Card (KLM will support SST Training) Practices and follows OSHA, Jobs Site, and Company Safety policies Ability to meet physical requirements of a mechanical insulator Personable and self-motivated Customer & Team First Mentality Enthusiastic in taking on assignments and responsibilities Good listener, and fast learner Detailed and prideful in execution of work No high school diploma or GED required Additional responsibilities could include: Access to a car Driving a company vehicle Lifting tools, materials and equipment. Performing other company related tasks, ie: material delivery via company van Full-time, permanent employment with highly competitive pay, Health Benefits & a 401K plan.
