Dirty Dishes, Light Cleaning, Need ASAP

I'm in dire need. Im injured and unable to clean. My roommate left for the weekend with a bunch of dirty Dishes and a dirty kitchen. I can't clean it and need someone over asap. I have most of the cleaning supplies needed and you can use/empty out the dishwasher. Shouldn't take longer then 2/3hours. I can pay$20/hour. I live in Medford near the Manor. Thanks for your interest. Please provide some information about your self and your experience with cleaning and other household stuff. No druggies. 420 okay.
