Looking for an evening/weekend caregiver for my dad

My dad had a stroke 2 years ago, and lost the use of his left side. I'm looking for a caregiver who can fill time slots from 6-8pm on weekdays, and a morning and an evening shift on the weekends. I realize one person isn't going to be able to cover everything, but I am looking for a long-term person, someone who can make this a regular thing. Rate is negotiable. Would prefer someone with prior CNA or nursing experience, he doesn't need any skilled nursing tasks, however.
