Outdoor Concrete/ Stone Counter Top Needed

I need to have a rectangular counter top fabbed up 36" x 80" which a form can be made and poured in place or done off site. Also open to a granite slab but it would need to be 3mm in my opinion. Happy to pay for the job or per hour but needs to be somewhat affordable. Just seeing what the options are as the customer does not want to pay $1500 for a counter top from a granite fab shop. This can be a weekend job
