We are looking for an experienced Certified HVAC Technician specifically for commercial equipment. We are a property management company that manages office spaces for businesses. Must have: Minimum 5 year’s commercial experience in installing, maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing HVAC units, cooling towers, water cooled heat pumps, and 3phase equipment. Basic electrical and plumbing abilities Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills Excellent customer service skills with desire to exceed expectations. Ability to work in a timely matter, order materials, communicate effectively and make sure jobs are done correctly the first time. Maintain accurate time records service calls and receipts Competitive pay and year-round work Must have reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license. Must speak English Attach resume for consideration.
