Position: Manufacturing Manager / Shop Assistant Desired Start Date: September 2021 Overview: About the Company: Custom Litt produces individually customized, one-of-a-kind, handcrafted color LED displays for musicians and performers of varying types. (See www.customlitt.com for information). We are also growing out our Engraved Merch line of laser etched custom products. The Opportunity: Currently, we are seeking one or two employees to help us manufacture our products in our brand new 'state of the art' fabrication lab. Culture is key for us, so personal fit ("vibe") is equally as important as skill set for us. We're looking to start someone at $15 per hour for about 10 to 20 hours per week - with plenty of room to grow for well-fit motivated individuals. Qualifications: Applicants should be dependable and handy, to start. We're looking for good listeners who aren't afraid to work with their hands, are flexible, and fun to be around. Must be detail-oriented good at taking direction, and a quick/easy learner. Job Duties Include (but are not limited to): -- Assist with the assembly of LED Displays in a timely manner to meet deadlines set by demand -- Perform regular duties to keep the Lab and office running smoothly -- Package and ship assembled LED displays -- Engage in market and product research as new products are developed -- Assist in brand development and product manufacturing for Engraved Merch Added Bonus if You... -- Have experience in lab or shop setting -- Have experience with woodwork and/or metal/plastic works (or fabrication) -- Are passionate about music and/or lighting -- Have an artistic background, and are creative on the fly -- Have worked with Adobe products or CAD design. -- Know how to solder and/or have experience working with electronic components How to Apply: Interested?
