New job requires travel must rehome older small dog

I will be traveling 3 weeks to 3 months at a time on a regular basis. Must rehome my 8 year old chihuahua mix. Fully house broken. Loves to go for walks and car rides. Needs to be an only dog. Has not been around kids so unsure how well he would be with them. Asking a $75 rehoming fee. Willing to negotiate fee for any seniors interested only. Up to date on all shots. Will include all his food, treats, and bedding. Little shy at first but warms up fairly quick.
