REMOVING STRIPPED SCREWS - HELP WANTED

I have four screws that I need removed from a desk leg and they are stripped/very hard to get out. I attached a photo to this posting. If anyone is available, it would probably take 10 minutes to remove if you know how and I'll give you 20 bucks. Available all day.
