Construction Worker/Superintendent in the retail fuel industry

We are looking for a field Construction Worker or Superintendent to work on fuel installation at retail gas stations. You must have the ability to follow instructions and work with your hands. Also, you must be able to follow safety rules and other instructions. Must have a willingness to learn, work with others and follow safety rules. Responsibilities • Learn to operate construction equipment including backhoe, skid steer, mini-excavator and fork lift. • Learn about materials used at a retail station. • Prepare areas for concrete, asphalt and landscaping. • Learn basic plumbing: installing sinks, toilets, faucets and mirrors. • Be able to work around the public. • Set up and finish concrete. • Recycle construction debris. Requirements • Able to read a tape measure and use a level. • Know how to use a rake, shovel and digging bar. • Basic knowledge of tool usage from hand to air tools • Able to work with a team. • Able to read instructions and possibly to read blueprints. • Able to read, write and speak English. • Have a current and valid driver’s license.
