Company Overview Growing independent automotive dealer searching for skilled people to expand our reconditioning operation. Reconditioning Helper Responsibilities: Disassembly and reassembly of vehicles for cosmetic repair. Ensure proper performance once complete Repair of individual parts and even replacement of entire systems. Buff and Polish vehicles as needed Undercoat vehicles as needed Repair windshield chips. Bring scheduled vehicles to the department for work Move vehicles to the next stage when complete Qualifications: Must have a valid Driver’s License Must be willing to learn from experienced technicians. Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and within a team environment Positive can-do attitude with a willingness to help Ability to work days, nights, and weekends as needed Aware of the latest automotive technologies Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification preferred Team-oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining the best customer service Benefits: $14.00 to $18.00 /hour Paid Holidays and Vacation 401K company matched Consistent opportunities for advanced training great service team
