We are seeking a plating and pick n' pack manager to become an integral part of our team! You will coordinate and oversee some of our organization's most important operations. Responsibilities: *Supervise the semi-weekly operation of meal plating, pick and pack fulfillment and distribution *Standardize production to ensure consistent quality food with minimal waste *Monitor quality assurance with regard to City/County & State health standards *Manage protocols to ensure clients are receiving timely, exceptionally healthy and delicious meals which adhere to nutritional guidelines *Ensure correct temperatures, selections and dietary/allergen requirements are met *Train staff in proper food cold chain procedures *Understand and evaluate client satisfaction tools *Supervision of food service workers, cleaning and office staffs *Complete annual employee evaluations and address performance concerns as necessary throughout the year *Assist in the interview, onboarding and training process for new hires *Create employee schedules, approve time off requests and arrange for coverage if needed *Collaborate with production team and chef to optimize staff labor and efficiency ​ Qualifications: Previous experience in food operations supervision or other related fields Strong project management skills Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills Strong leadership qualities High School Diploma or GED required Culinary Arts training strongly preferred Spanish bilingual strongly preferred Ability to carry up to 50lbs Ability to work and stand in cold environments (37 degrees) for extended periods of time Must be Safe Serve certifiedWe are seeking a plating and pick n' pack manager to become an integral part of our team!
