Seeking independent contractor for weekly litter cleanup and trash-can service every Tuesday or Friday at 317-unit townhouse community near Lake Ridge, Va. Responsibilities include removing litter from sidewalks, parking lots, playgrounds, and large open spaces. Contractor will also be responsible for emptying three trash cans and hauling off all collected litter and trash for proper disposal. (You will need a truck, utility trailer, or similar conveyance.) The weekly time commitment is between four and six hours depending on the amount of litter and trash that accumulates at the site. Compensation: $180 for weekly litter cleanup and trash-can service, to be paid on monthly basis. Requirements: ► 100% reliable and available to complete work every Tuesday or Friday (except major holidays and during snow emergencies) ► attention to detail ► ability to work outdoors regardless of weather ► ability to lift 50 pounds ► ability to walk long distances and to walk up steep hills ► provide own tools/equipment ► capacity to text time- and date-stamped photos to primary contractor ► U.S. citizen, permanent resident (green-card holder), or otherwise legally authorized to work in the United States ► two work-related references If interested, please reply with contact information, including phone number, to schedule a site visit.
