Looking for a change, and want to learn a trade? We are a small family-owned company since 1993 that specializes in cleaning restaurant exhaust hoods. Duties includes: help pressure washing, scraping, and hand cleaning the exhaust hoods over cooking areas, ductwork and fans in restaurants, hospitals and health facilities. This is a position that could lead to a great career for the right person as we have more work than we can handle. we have a great reputation and have a desire to grow. Do you want to grow with us? WE will train you from the ground up and provide work clothes, safety equipment and a positive work environment. We are looking for a person that is reliable, in reasonable physical condition, takes pride in their work and works well with others. Hours vary depending on the needs of the customers. Hours are generally between 6-7pm-6-7am. not 12 hr. a day, but those are the general time frames. We usually don't work more than 8 hrs. a night. Occasionally we will have a day job, but those pretty rare depending on the mix of customers. That being said, we offer a certain amount of flexibility to help you be able to have a life outside of work. Our work week is Sunday evening to early Friday morning. We don't work Friday and Saturdays, so you have every weekend off, as well as any major holidays. Because we work a lot in hospitals and nursing facilities kitchens, we are being required to be vaccinated against Covid. I personally DO NOT support mandating a vaccine, but the reality is that at this point, almost half of our sales come from hospitals and healthcare facilities who are now requiring their employees and contractors like us to be vaccinated to work in their buildings. Therefore, I am looking for people who are vaccinated, or willing to be fully vaccinated by the end of September. Must have a valid Drivers license and reliable transportation.
