Bass player seeking casual play

Looking to play once a week in Manchester area, however with COVID picking up I’m not sure about playing out right now. For now I’m down for practice with other vaccinated people. When the virus gets under control, I will drive a little further for a performance. I’m in my 40’s, self-taught, played and recorded in original punk bands in high school and college. Picked up the bass again after like 25 years (thanks to covid) and started studying music and playing covers at the Strange Brew open mic. (The Beatles, Queen, some jazz and blues tunes, Weezer, etc - pretty eclectic taste.) I don’t know if I’m a solid player, but I’m a solid person that loves music and am dedicated to becoming a better musician. If this all sounds good, hit me up.
