Small Welding Job Needed

I have an old (antique?) United trash can that holds sentimental value to me. The original torsion spring on the mouth has broken, and I'm looking for someone who can replace the spring and weld on a new one. The metal ring around the bottom is loose, too, and could use a few spot welds to keep it in place. Seems to be too small of a job for a commercial shop to take on. I can bring this to you, or meet you somewhere in the middle.
