Our trucks and office are sanitized daily, temperature checks are performed on staff each day, and we conduct in-person interviews and we ask that you wear a mask. To join our team, you must: Valid driver's license and good driving record (drivers only) Willing to submit to pre-employment background check and drug screen Excellent customer service skills Professional attitude and demeanor Experience in the fields of general labor, landscaping, construction or warehouse helpful Stamina to lift heavy items (100 lbs or more) repeatedly while climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, walking, etc What You’ll Do Your #1 goal will be providing a positive moving experience for our customers. Movers and drivers safely load and unload customers’ belongings, and maintain an open line of communication with one another and the customer throughout the move. Our drivers also: Act as the team leader for your moving team, and execute a game plan for the move Safely drive and maneuver a 26-foot moving truck (drivers only) Complete daily truck inspections and equipment inventory Comply with all FMCSA and DOT regulations Complete the move paperwork and customer payment Experience as a mover or in moving, general labor, delivery driver, package delivery driver, transit bus driver, construction, or warehouse helpful.
