Things you might do in a typical day: ceiling fan replacement, hanging pictures, small painting projects, mounting televisions, furniture assembly, locks and door knobs, faucet replacement, small drywall patches, window caulking, high ceiling light bulb replacement, outlet switch replacement, fence repair. We don’t place you on a job that you don’t feel comfortable doing. Position will be a subcontractor position. No taxes will be deducted out of your pay. You must have your own reliable vehicle. You must have your own basic tools, including: hammer(s), drill, screwdrivers, extension cord. Additional items that may be helpful: stud finder, volt tester, gloves, shovel, saw(s). First week will shadow/help owner (Pay $20/hour) Second week you are on your own (Pay $25/hour) After 1 month or 20 successful no complaint jobs, pay will be $30 per hour. Pay each Friday (end pay cycle) Thursday. No weekends unless you want to. We will find and book all jobs for you. Independent contractor contract and no compete required upon hiring. Start immediately. Part-time or full-time work available.
