CityGreen Services is seeking a talented Team Leader with a proven track record of maintaining professional landscapes.
Description:
-Daily management of a team of two or more team members
-Works without supervision, using skills and knowledge gained by experience, industry certification, or a degree to perform landscape service
-Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
-Operating vehicles as well as a variety of commercial landscaping equipment
-Maintains and submits all daily reports for each job as required
-Develops and maintains a professional relationship with team members and clients
Requirements:
-Ideal candidate is an excellent communicator and organizer who is results-driven, assertive, efficient, and a team player
-High school diploma or GED
-1–3 years of horticultural / landscaping field experience required; supervisory experience preferred
-A valid driver’s license
