Looking to hire a reliable, responsible and consistent contractor for full-time property maintenance projects for approximately 100+ rental units in the Licking County area. Must have the ability to perform the following work: plumbing, some minor electrical work, drywall repair/installation, flooring, remodeling, etc. Must also present a portfolio of previous work performed, as well as providing at least two (2) previous references. Complete background check will also be performed as part of the process. Paid weekly and must be willing to submit a W-9 form for tax reporting purposes.
