Since when is rehoming a year old dog against the rules? Idk why these ARA wing nuts keeping flaging my posts for a REHOME. We are rehoming our American Cocker Spaniel puppy. His name is Rio, he is akc blue merle. Rio will be a year old in October. Rehoming fee applies for him to make sure he goes to a loving home. We already did all his shots & rabies also. Thanks
