We are a fun and exciting multi-faceted small business based in Colorado Springs that owns and runs several different businesses that include; Airbnb Nightly Rentals, Monthly Rental properties, Aircraft Management, Bars, Property renovation, Property Flips and a Private Club. We have an entry level position in our Maintenance department. This is a very dynamic position and will shift and evolve as your skills do. You will be assisting our maintenance director at times as well as working independently. Duties will include: • Yard maintenance • Landscaping • Basic Painting • Demolition • Routine maintenance like replacing light bulbs and furnace filters • Changing door locks • Repairing basic wear and tear at Airbnb’s • Helping guests with technology or lockouts • Helping with flooring • Helping with renovations • Helping with fencing • General errands for all departments • Occasional assistance with housekeeping • Shopping for supplies • Other tasks as needed to support the businesses The position is unique, tasks will change from day to day. We are looking for a team player that is a self-starter and comfortable both working on your own and as part of a crew. You need to be task oriented with an eye for detail as well as some basic mechanical/handyman skills. You must be honest with a good work ethic. Our bars are LGBT, you must be accepting of diversity. Our business is growing quickly and we’re looking for the right person to grow with us. We will supply all needed equipment and tools. This is an entry level position.
