We keep a fast pace and the work is physical... but in exchange we pay very well... the best match is a person who currently outworks everyone on their team... so to you the work will seem normal paced Pay is based on the work output of the team... so the more we get done in a day the more we are paid for the day... the target is $20 an hour at a fast pace... we average $22-$25 an hour... if you worked a full week last pay period you would have made $1200 for the week... We install plants, prune, mulch, drainage and etc... but we do not mow... we work 8:30 - 4:30/5:30...we often need to make up rain days on Saturdays... if you need a day off to take care of something it is not a problem... just ask... we treat everyone with respect, pay well and on time We focuses on providing high quality service to upscale residential customers in Cary, NC. We are the highest customer rated landscaper in our area. Must have recent extensive experience: -installing trees and shrubs -installing mulch Optional experience: -pruning shrubs -installing drainage due to the physical nature of the job and the frequent need to lift heavy items over a high sided trailer the candidate needs to be at least 5' 8" tall and weigh more than 175 lbs to be able to do the work... this comes from a decade of experience... In simple terms we are looking for someone that shows up every scheduled day on time and works hard all day long.
