Description
Found (but do not have) dog. Looks like a bulldog - white with large spot on hind quarter.
Found in the middle of the St Johns river (it was near drowning) at 3:30AM. I brought to shore near Metropolitan park.
I tried to notify officers at the Fire & Rescue station (but they weren't open yet?)
Dog was back to speed (running around, quite well).
Left dog there (was a fisherman there), while I paddled home (was in seakayak).
