Our ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of TPO roofing experience, have extensive roofing knowledge, and have a positive attitude. CARROLL BRADFORD is a general contractor working primarily in Central Florida with an emphasis on, but not limited to, concrete, masonry, and roofing construction projects. Key Responsibilities: • Manage commercial TPO roofing crew. • Manage overall commercial roofing project, inspect for quality instillation and ensure safety. • Verify that all necessary materials are on job site and execute change orders as needed. • Communicate with the Director of Commercial Roofing regarding scheduling, job progress, and material orders. • Identify specific types of roofing materials and implement proper installation. • Perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines. Qualifications • MUST have a verifiable safe driving record and be able to drive a company vehicle. • 2 years of TPO roofing experience is required. • Physical ability to lift and maneuver heavy materials and equipment. • Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. regularly. Repeated bending, climbing, and kneeling. • Must be comfortable working on a roof. • Bilingual preferred.
