We have very heavy furniture that needs to be moved and our furnace filters are in the ceiling, so climbing a ladder is involved. We have hired a women in the past and it was just too physical for her. *** Need furnace filters changed, furniture moved, baseboards cleaned, tall cabinets washed down, glass patio doors and some windows washed, etc. This would be a few hours once a month. Pay can be negotiated once you have seen the house and job. Thank you for responding.
