Maintenance Tech wanted with the following skills to service retail customers. This is NOT a M-F 8-5 position. Handyman: General repairs, patch and paint, drop ceiling repair and tile replacement, Etc. Light Commercial Plumbing: Pull, reset, replace toilet/urinal, repair/replace faucet, work with Sloan valves and Sloan Flushmates Light Electrical: Check and replace breaker if needed, replace light bulbs, replace troffer or light fixture, test and replace ballast MUST BE DEPENDABLE, have truck, valid drivers license, and basic tools, and be able to identify and solve problems on own; these are absolute musts for this job.
