Looking for a contractor to work on vacant homes. Work includes lock changes, debris removal, grass cuts, winterizations, cleaning and general maintenance. Will need a truck and trailer, tools, generator, lawn equipment and iphone for picture taking. Locks are supplied. Pay is weekly. Also looking for a handyman to work on rental homes making general repairs. Both positions could be performed by the same person if desired. Company has been in business 18 years.
