We are looking for an experienced, professional, and punctual person to join or team. Our work mainly consists of the following scope at apartment complexes throughout Florida: - Drywall repairs - Cabinets - Doors - Tile (no flooring) - Light electrical work - Plumbing - Installation of appliances *Bilingual is a must This job position is for someone who is reliable and trustworthy. You will be in charge of doing standard punch out in apartment units in downtown Tampa. This will include installing lights, drywall repairs, installing baseboards, etc... You will also need to be organized as you will be scheduling apartment units on a daily to be punched out. You will be entering into apartments, therefore background check & drivers license must be clean. Substance abusers are not tolerated so no need to apply. Must be professional in speaking & appearance. As you can see from the scope above, we are asked to do a variety of projects, you must be able to handle the Florida heat & the cool A/C :) We are a family owned business you will not be number, you will be treated as one of our own. That being said, we expect the same amount of respect from our employees. Our goal is to find a team player who's well rounded, we are not looking for any abrasive know it alls. You will be required to fill out a W9 on your first day and you will receive your 1099 at the end of the year. The schedule being: Monday - Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm (There will be circumstances that you will need to work till 6:00pm). Saturdays are very uncommon but sometimes necessary.
