We are currently looking to add a Part-Time Shuttle Driver to join our Team! This position will be Monday – Friday 3:15PMto 6:00PM. The pay for this position is $12.00-$13.00/per hour based on experience. We are looking for a responsible candidate with experience driving a minibus, van, or large transport vehicle, who will safely and effectively transport personnel to the correct location. Duties include but are not limited to the following: Transport employees and guests between NTC’s remote parking lot, main campus, and Key West building Maintain passenger logs as needed Maintain driving log for all travel Maintain adequate fluid, tire pressure, and gas levels Notify management of any maintenance concerns on vehicle Keep a clean general appearance of the shuttle vehicle inside and out Drive safely and follow all company regulations and driving laws Immediately report any and all work related accidents to management Must have a current, valid driver’s license and a clean driving record Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times Drives vehicle from individual or central loading area to other campus locations according to assigned schedule. Driving schedule will include the evening shuttle run from 3:30pm to 5:30pm. Job Requirements: Experience operating a medium to large transport vehicle Great Communication Skills Ability to work other shifts for schedule coverage as needed Current Driver’s License with a clear driving record Must be 25 years of age or older for insurance purposes CDL License preferred but not required NTC will offer the following benefits for Part-Time Employees: 7 Paid Holidays after 90 days 401K after 6 months with partial company matching PTO begins accruing on the first day of employment, and is available for use after the 90 day employment anniversary. PTO days are accrued as follows (Days accrued are equivalent to the Part Time working day): Your first and second year you will accrue 10 days per year. Each year between the 3rd and 9th you will accrue 15 days per year. Each year between the 10th and 19th you will accrue 20 days per year. And from 20 years onward you will accrue 25 days per year.
