Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM • Must be skilled in installations, repairs, plumbing, and electrical issues • Respond to maintenance requests of plumbing, electrical, heating, and general repairs in an apartment setting • Handle repair work on walls, floors, doors, and woodwork • Paint interior of apartment buildings and respond to safety issues • Document repairs and performed duties • Handle maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical processes Exposure to various types of weather. Standing, walking Pushing/pulling Crawling/kneeling Twisting/carrying Working with hands Driving - must have a valid driver's license and updated automobile insurance in order to drive for business purposes or have reliable transportation. Must be available for on-call for emergencies.
