auto welder to straight pipe stolen cat, mobile possible?

Okay so my catalytic converter was stolen. I need someone to come and just straight pipe it for me? I don't need it to pass emissions just to not be so damn loud. Is it possible to add a dampener or something? ALSO any chance someone does this mobile? Happy to discuss this and share photos. Let me know if this is up your alley thank you!! I'm in ne Portland my Fremont and MLK!
