I am looking for sub contractors/ cleaning companies to complete light janitorial work. I have monthly reaccuring cleaning contracts available for you and your crews to clean. I have work available 7 days a week in the Santa Ana/Costa Mesa area. Work is steady and consistent with opportunity for additional cleaning contracts. You and your crews will typically not work Holidays. Training is available. *****Must be a sole proprietor, LLC, Corp, or be able to sign a w9.******* This is not a job/career offer. *****I have business/offices that are in need of cleaning and I am looking for a cleaning company/crew to service these accounts.**** A majority of the supplies/equipment is provided. Responsibilities Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc) Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs Make adjustments and minor repairs Stock and maintain supply rooms Cooperate with the rest of the staff Follow all health and safety regulations Skills Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery Beginner knowledge of cleaning processes, chemicals, and supplies Ethics Integrity
