OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE has verifiable work experience in an Apartment Maintenance or Facilities Maintenance role; plumbing, electrical, flooring, drywall repair, appliance repair, carpentry, and general repair work. Has the ability to be on-call, and has basic cell phone skills (email and internet). Is a self-motivated, customer service-oriented individual with exceptional attention to detail, and is someone who takes great pride in the quality of their work and is passionate about providing exemplary customer service! MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS for consideration as a MAINTENANCE TECH: a valid driver's license, English language proficiency (read, speak and write), and the ability to pass a full background check.) *You must have your own TRUCK, a valid CA driver's license, and verifiable auto insurance. *You must have your own work tools and equipment. *You must be knowledgeable in basic home repairs including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work. *Must be able to accurately assess repairs needed including basic unit and building repairs. *Ability to follow direction and able to communicate professionally with tenants and co-workers. *Ability to speak English to communicate with tenants and anyone you come into contact. *Must be reliable with a strong work ethic. *Must be able to use basic technology such as email, Smartphone/tablet. *All new hires must successfully pass a criminal background check.
