Black and white shihtzu lost on September 1st by Chick Fil A on 5th Ave North between 19th St and 20th St. Last seen on 16th street. Please help us find our baby. He responds to Mr. Chubbs or Chummies. There is a reward for whoever returns our dog or gives us information in regards to his location. Please help us! Our hearts are so broken right now. We evacuated for hurricane Ida from New Orleans and he ran off.
