We are seeking quality craftsman, door installers, skilled carpenters, laborers and office staff to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a positive attitude, be a team player and most importantly an outstanding work ethic. Must be personable with customers and corporate client and always provide outstanding service. Must maintain the highest level of quality control while on each job. Job Requirements: • MUST have a Valid driver’s license. • Must have knowledge of installing exterior doors, interior doors, storm/security doors • MUST pass a background check and drug screen. • Must have extensive experience and skills required to install finished millwork- doors, windows, installing cabinets, (including crown), flooring, painting and more. Knowledge of tile work and/or masonry is a plus • Possession of basic hand tools and reliable transportation to job sites. • Proficient in using all power tools, skill saw, miter saw and jig saw. • Excellent understanding of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction. • Must be able to read and understand construction drawings. • Capable of climbing on ladders and carrying at least 85 pounds. • Willingness to work overtime when necessary to deliver the project on time. Occasional Saturday work when needed. • Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. • Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in residential construction preferred, willing to train the right candidate.
