Rizzetta & Company is seeking candidates to perform Maintenance services on behalf of Park Central Condominiums. The position is full-time. Must be available to work evenings and weekends. JOB SUMMARY The Maintenance Worker is responsible for conducting indoor and outdoor general maintenance procedures. This position requires personnel who are self-motivated, hard-working, detail oriented responsible, and reliable. Our Clubhouses and Amenities are a benefit and showcase out community. The goal of this position is to maintain a clean and orderly community, clubhouse and amenities area. EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS Must have a minimum of three (3) years of maintenance experience. Successfully pass pre-employment screenings and background/reference checks. Ability to work evenings and weekends (required). Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to coordinate/manage multiple projects at the same time. Ability to interact and communicate effectively with colleagues, vendors and customers/clients of all professional levels. Demonstrate leadership in maintaining high standards of professional behavior for self and staff. Demonstrate organization, attention to detail, problem solving, creative, and independent thinking. Demonstrate a commitment to the organization’s philosophy of high quality, professionalism and organizational culture. KNOWLEDGE & CRITICAL SKILLS Must have a working knowledge of applicable company policies and procedures and must be familiar with, but not limited to: Knowledge/awareness and application of general maintenance duties and equipment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES Conducts routine general maintenance procedures. Responsible for, including but not limited to, trash removal, painting, pressure washing, mopping, drywall repairs, stocking shelves, plumbing, light electrical repair and light wood working. Responsible for maintaining equipment in good working order. Assists with other assigned projects. Non-essential duties include other job-related duties as assigned. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES None. WORK ENVIORNMENT Variable combination of outdoor and indoor environments while performing maintenance duties. Must be able to perform repetitive body mechanics, including but not limited to climbing a ladder, standing, stretching, twisting, bending, crouching and kneeling. Prolonged standing and sitting. Repetitive stretching, twisting, bending, and lifting. Must be able to adjust to differing weather conditions. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.; Regular lifting on a daily basis: 20 lbs. EOE
