International Paper Maintenance Mechanic FULL-TIME $25.37/hr, plus $2000 new hire bonus 6706 N 53rd St, Tampa, FL 33610 Duties include: - Performing maintenance functions by making repairs in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic breakdowns under minimal guidance of the maintenance supervisor. - Planning, obtaining cost estimates, and executes projects under the guidance of the maintenance supervisor. - Troubleshooting and performing maintenance duties such as mechanical and electrical repairs. - Provide training in areas of expertise or knowledge. - Responding to work orders submitted by employees. - Assisting supervisor in ordering parts. - Assisting supervisor in developing and implementing a preventative maintenance program. - Participating and executing actions from the quality improvement program. - Supporting the installation of new equipment and facilities improvements. - Working safely by observing safety rules, policies, and procedures and identifying unsafe conditions or actions to the supervisor. - Maintaining compliance with company quality systems and support audits. - Basic design and fabrication of repairs and process improvements. Schedule - Shift start: 7:00AM or 7:00PM - Shift length: 12 hours - Days: 2-2-3 schedule with a 3-day weekend every other weekend and days off during the week. Must be available Wednesdays for preventative maintenance.
